Newquay Forest School also team up with Wilderness Training UK, an adventure training company based in Newquay who specialise in activities and courses for adults. Activities include:

  1. Survival courses (from short sessions to advanced courses)

  2. Stag Parties

  3. Coasteering

  4. Stand Up Paddle-boarding, board surfing and lifeguard training

  5. ‘The Bodmin Beast’ (‘The ultimate survival challenge’ a 24 hour team challenge covering the length of Bodmin Moor over some of the toughest terrain in the SW)

Step 3...

Next it’s worth getting in touch with our office either by phone (07773 799 755) or via email ( to check availability. We can reserve your space for 24 hours to give you time to decide on a package and complete a booking form.

First choose an adventure (click on one of the books below to view).

Step 2 ...

Choose a time for your party... Please check daylight times here before booking (while we are fully prepared to operate in the dark you may not wish to!) Its also worth having a backup incase your time slot is already taken.

Step 4 ...

Once you have figured out what you want, you are now ready to fill out the booking form (below). We will then process your booking, send you booking documents and send you an invoice (you can expect to get confirmation of your party booking within 3 working days). Full payment is required to secure your booking (for information on cancelations please see our terms and conditions). If you would like to discuss the party further or require any further information then please feel free to get in touch with us, otherwise we will see you on the party day prepared and ready to go!

Spend a night in the trees! Camp out in comfort using our tree hammock systems, play wide games, go on a night walk, learn how to light fires safely and finish up on our catapult range. Includes evening meal and breakfast. Sessions start at 16:30 and go on until 10:00 the next day. One free adult (supervisors) place to every five children given on overnight sessions. -  £500 (Available between 1st April and 1st September.)

Big Kids

Here’s how it works...

We have put together a book of epic adventures for you to choose from. Each adventure has a different theme and each can be adapted to suit girls and/or boys as well as different age groups. If you want the adventure without the theme then just make a note on your booking form. Alternatively choose bespoke to create your own idea (additional costs may apply).

Each adventure lasts 2.5 hours and includes the option of adding party food. Parent participation is always encouraged (though not essential). Tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits are provided free of charge.

Wet weather is not a problem as we have a large shelter, some activities can be adapted to run under cover. The rest of the time we will have a wonderful time playing in the rain! We have an outdoor toilet and baby changing facilities.
